New Orleans Known to the world for its diverse culture, influential music scene and its incredible Cajun and Creole flavors, but New Orleans real estate should also be on that list, as there are plenty of quality homes for sale in New Orleans at all price points.
MetairieThe oldest suburb of New Orleans and is located in Jefferson Parish County.
LaPlace Is in St. John the Baptist Parish, the second permanent settlement in Louisiana. Located on the banks of the Mississippi River, a half-hour west of New Orleans and one hour east of Baton Rouge.
Norco Home to several major refineries and has been the focus of media attention as a “company town” with both its positive and negative aspects. With a population of approximately 4,000, Norco is a close-knit community whose residents liken it to Mayberry.
Destrehan Recently was named as the most desirable suburb in the state of Louisiana due to its great location, economy and award winning schools. This community of 12,000 has the caring and friendly attitude of a small town but with big city amenities.
St. Rose A small town of approximately 7,000. Along with St. John the Baptist Parish, St. Charles Parish became a vital resource for post-Katrina residents, providing volunteer and first response support, as well as asylum for refugees.
Luling Epitomizes all the best of Louisiana’s history and culture. Luling Bridge, also known as Hale Boggs Memorial Bridge, is the first major cable stayed bridge in the country.
Kenner Serves as a suburb to New Orleans, but unlike its neighbor Metairie, it is an incorporated city.
